Why Your Restaurant Needs a Website in 2026

73% of customers look up a restaurant online before visiting or ordering. If your only presence is a Zomato listing, you are paying 20–30% commission on every order — and Zomato owns your customer, not you.

A restaurant website gives you direct orders, zero commission, and a brand your customers remember.

What a Restaurant Website Needs

  • Digital menu — beautiful, scannable, mobile-perfect
  • Online ordering system — direct orders, no commission
  • Table reservation system — reduce no-shows
  • Google Maps integration — show up for "restaurant near me"
  • Food photo gallery — let your food sell itself
  • WhatsApp order button — fastest way to get enquiries
  • Customer reviews section — build trust before the first visit
